Hi, I’m Mia — and I created Tangerine Bookkeeping and Tax Services to be the financial partner every small business owner deserves.
With over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, I’ve worked in nearly every corner of the accounting world—from bookkeeping and payroll to tax strategy, compliance, and high-level consulting. I’ve built my career by showing up for business owners who need more than just someone to file forms—they need someone who understands the hustle behind the numbers.

I’m proud to be recognized as the youngest female, Hispanic CFO of a publicly traded company—a title I earned through grit, integrity, and a passion for helping others succeed. I graduated from DeVry with a degree in business, concentrating in both accounting and marketing, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s in business tax law to stay at the leading edge of what I offer my clients.
